  • Help them identify & grow the best version of WHO they want to be as a person and athlete

  • Develop their inner coach voice

  • Help them TAKE BACK and OWN their athletic experience

  • Grow skills to help them in ALL areas of their life

HOW DO YOU KNOW IF THIS IS RIGHT FOR YOU?

  • You are ready to develop WHO you are as a person to grow yourself as an athlete.

  • You are willing to do the work!  Mental training isn't easy and it isn't for everyone.

  • You are willing to journal, reflect, be challenged, and think deep!

  • You believe you can grow your mental game. 

Sessions are held over zoom.

Last 30-45 minutes.

Are flexible so they fit into the schedule of the athlete & coach.
