Culture Camp
A one-day customizable experience for the key leaders in the clubs, sports, & activities of your school. This event is designed to jump start critical conversations that impact the culture of your programs. Resources will be provided to equip your coaches to continue the conversations after the event. This camp can also be modified for individual teams or groups.
Confidence Camp
An interactive camp for athletes & students who want to grow their confidence. We teach growth vs fixed mindset, the power of journaling, and the five elements of confidence with focus on self-talk and visualization. Athletes will be provided with 12 weeks of follow-up mental workouts.

1-on-1 Mental Coaching
Are you an athlete who is putting in the physical work but keeps struggling with the same mental battles? Our 1-on-1 Mental Coaching sessions will help you identify thought patterns that are holding you back and develop the skills to overcome them. Through custom journal prompts and challenging questions our coaches help athletes use their sport to become the best version of themselves. These sessions take place over Zoom.

Custom Sessions
Looking for sessions that fit the specific needs of your team? Let’s talk about creating custom sessions from our pool of resources. These sessions can focus on mental skills, team culture, leadership, team connection, and more. We can do 1 session or regular sessions over a period of time. We’ve designed custom sessions for athletes, coaches, and parents as well as for professional development for schools and at clinics.
Journaling
Just like an athlete trains physically to improve their game, they can do the same thing mentally. Regularly creating 10-15 minutes in your day to reflect and process on the right things can make a big impact on your mental growth! Athlete, we would like to help you add this important habit into your daily routine.
