Confidence Camp

Confidence Camp will take place on three consecutive Sundays:

• Sunday, October 1st - 7:00 pm to 8:10 pm
• Sunday, October 8th - 7:00 pm to 8:10 pm
• Sunday, October 15th - 7:00 pm to 8:10 pm

You will be sent a Zoom link on Saturday, September 30th via email to access the class.  Please make sure you will be in a location with internet access on the days of camp.  

You will receive pre-camp mental workouts via email and workouts for in between sessions.  

Following camp you will receive 1 mental workout a week for 12 weeks via email.
