Coach Cooley and Coach H have co-taught Leadership Academy together at Papillion-La Vista South High School for the past 10 years.  They've been given the freedom to create a dynamic curriculum that creates an environment for personal growth and connection.  They've been able to invest in the leadership development of over 525 amazing young people.

Leadership Academy is a year long class offered to juniors & seniors at our high school.  There is an application and interview process for students to be selected.  They are often recommended by a coach/activity sponsor who sees them as being a person of influence within their club/sport/activity.

This academy brings together students from various activities:  student council, ROTC, show choir, band, drama, and all sports.
